Meet Your Rio 2016 Olympic Heroes
How has it already been four years since the London 2012 Olympic Games?! I have no idea where that time has gone...but a new Olympic season is almost upon us: and with it a whole host of incredible Team GB athletes who need our cheers to get them through these final few training months before the Rio 2016 Olympic Games begin this August. If you want to see your favourite athletes before they head off to sunnier climbs, we've tracked them down for you...
Yonex All England Open Badminton Championships
Badminton is a fast and furious sport if ever we've seen one - and we love watching Chris and Gabby Adcock, who have their sights set on the first Olympic medal since Gail Emms and Nathan Robertson at Athens 2004. They have already made history by becoming the first Britons to win a title at the Badminton World Series Finals. Watch them and the world number one singles player Chen Long, battle it out for Olympic qualification points at the Yonex All England Open Badminton Championships. Played annually, this tournament is the game’s oldest and most prestigious event.

Columbia Threadneedle World Triathlon Leeds
By June, Olympic excitement will be nearing fever pitch - so find your way to Leeds so you can cheer on UK triathletes Ali and Jonny Brownlee in the ITU World Triathlon Series race. This will be their final competition on UK soil before they head off to Rio, and if the 2014 Tour de France Grand Départ was anything to go by, it promises to be a cracking event. The bike section of the triathlon will be a little more technical and based in the city centre, so get yourself along to watch and pick up some tips from the pro riders as they race around this course.
Event date: 11th- 12th June
Where to book: leeds.triathlon.org
Cost: FREE to view around the course.
