I'll get right to it. The first Fit Missions studio will launch officially in August 2016 in Bakewell, Derbyshire - and we can hardly wait!
It's tricky to find words to say exactly how excited we are at the moment (Tom is grinning about 92% of the time, though). The last year has been crazy as we've set up the personal training side of Fit Missions, perfected a nutrition ebook (which you'll get a copy of for FREE if you register for your free two week trial) and finally found the perfect studio space in spring 2016. Since then Tom has been flat out designing the layout, sourcing a great team, planning classes and (probably his favourite task) shopping for barbells!
Fit Missions is going to be like nothing you've seen before. Our focus - as always! - will be on FUN - with a little bit of hard work thrown in, because that combination is what gets results! We've spent the last few years blending cardiovascular training with high intensity weights, useful, functional movements, bodyweight skills and plyometrics to create the Fit Missions methodology which is designed with results in mind. We can't wait to share it with you!

BEFORE WE GO - THANK YOU!!!
We'd also like to take this opportunity to say a huge, uncensored, massive THANK YOU to everyone who has supported us over the last year. There isn't a day that's been easy but we are so thankful to our amazing clients, friends and family who've trained with us in all conditions, listened to our crazy ideas and helped this studio to become a reality. You know who you are, and (without sounding too cheesy) we couldn't have done this without you. An equally large THANK YOU must go to CrossFit Buxton who have taken us in, absolutely beasted us with some wicked sessions and made us stronger, faster athletes. Between us I think we can get the High Peak and Peak District in pretty awesome shape!
