We are so excited to introduce CrossFit classes to Fit Missions. Coaches Stew, Chud, Tom and Lucy all have a background in CrossFit (training and competing) and we have never found a more engaging or fun way to train. The best news: CrossFit really does get results.  

CrossFit classes happen every evening from 5pm to 8pm with a 6am class on Tuesdays and Fridays. Class sizes are capped at 15 so you get plenty of attention, and your fitness will soar within weeks of joining. Your CrossFit coach will take you through a constantly varied programme of strength exercises using barbells or dumbbells, followed by some technique work and a high intensity WOD (Workout of the Day) to get your heart rate up and work your cardiovascular system. 


If you can't make the CrossFit classes or want to start off with training that focuses entirely on bodyweight and low resistance movements, FM:30 is for you. We run 30 minute High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) classes every day: before work at 7am, after the school run at  9am and 9.30am, and a lunchtime session at 12.30pm - perfect if you want to get fit in a hurry!



Members love our Spin classes which take place in our Dark Room, where no one can see you sweat! Bring a towel and some water for a 45 minute class packed with energy as Tom, Chud, Stew or Lucy takes you through a series of sprints, hill climbs and intervals to get your fitness through the roof. With our Star Trac bikes and monster playlists, we recommend booking early as these seats fill up fast!



When you're training hard (like you will do in our Fit Missions classes!) looking after your mind and muscles is incredibly important. Improve your flexibility, core strength and mobility with our Yoga and Pilates classes. Our instructors, James and Taz, both use a blend of approaches that will leave you feeling like a supple leopard* and make those CrossFit and FM:30 classes easier.

Personal Training at Fit Missions is a great way to focus on your individual goals. Whether you're a beginner looking to learn the ropes, an experienced gym-goer or someone who prefers one-to-one attention, we can tailor-make a programme to suit you with as few or as many sessions each week as you'd like. Our Coaching Team have backgrounds in CrossFit, rugby, running, dance, Olympic lifting, and the British Armed Forces recruitment process, so get in touch to book a consultation with us.


It isn't just about training hard and having fun: nutrition is a big part of getting results, and that's why we have our in-house Fuel Station. Choose from our Hulk Smash and Purple Rain classic smoothies to a U.G.L.Y (it ain't got no alibi - it's pure green health in a glass), a protein shake or a freshly made soup for a healthy lunch. We also run seasonal 'detoxes' which are short, sharp blasts of guided nutrition to get you back on track to ticking off as many of your goals as possible. One-to-one nutrition support is also available on request.


Turn your jabs into power punches with our boxing coach Taz. Get out the stresses of the week and improve your core stability and speed with a combination of punches and high intensity interval training.

Refunds and Cancellations

As our classes and Personal Training schedules are busy, we run a Late Cancellation Policy:

Personal Training sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in the session being charged for in full.

All classes must be cancelled at least 3 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in the session being charged for in full.

Free 2 Week Membership

We offer a Free 2 Week Membership to local residents, whose primary or main residence is within 20 miles of Fit Missions. The Free 2 Week Membership begins on the day you claim it via the Fit Missions App. Visitors, friends and family who don't plan to join are more than welcome to book into classes using our Drop In price list or purchase a short-term pass (e.g. a one-month membership). These are all available on the App.
